General FAQs

Does Gloworm ship internationally?

Yes.  We currently have distribution networks in New Zealand, Australia and Asia however countries outside our networks will still receive the same great international service.

How do I become a Gloworm dealer?

We are currently looking for dealers/distributors.  If you are interested please contact us to dicsuss.


Instruction Manuals
Most Gloworm Products will be supplied with an instruction manual. However we have also provided a selection of instruction manuals:

Warranty
The warranty for all Gloworm branded products is 12 Months, for all other products distributed by Gloworm warranty will be dictated by the manufacturer.  See here for Gloworm Warranty details.
